The Ford FE-series 427 big-block V8 engine powered the chassis which was an exact replica of the original monocoque unibody structure used in the GT40 continuation models. The chassis was designed and manufactured for strength and stiffness. with most parts being interchangeable with an original GT40.
As with every AFX recreation, attention has been paid to the finest details.
