You will receive tracking information when available after your order has been prepared for shipment.

Packaging

We take care when packing toys and collectibles. Products may be shipped in boxes, padded mailers, or other appropriate protective packaging depending on the item.

Because some collectible packaging can be sensitive to handling, minor packaging wear that occurs during carrier transit may be beyond our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after the carrier accepts the package.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays can occasionally happen because of weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
