This 40mm Fan utilizes a high-torque motor that is less susceptible to stalling when placed close to the extremely high power rotors in today's spec motors. ROAR has also updated their rulebook and 40mm fans can now be used in regional and national events in North America adopting ROAR rules.
UltraLite Cooling Fans sport a short 30mm cable with basic 2-pin connector that works with many speed controls. They also include a 200mm extension cable with JR connector should you want to plug it into your receiver or hard-wire the fan. They've got most all mounting solutions covered with included 2.5x6mm and 3x6mm screws.
