Mutsu Water Looper is a desk toy by Tomy released originally on November 30, 2000. There were two generations of Mutsu created, with the primary difference being in the bowl design was originally rounded and came with a remote rather than having buttons on the front.
Seven creatures were released in total, as well as two alternate colors of the original axolotl design.
