Game Master's Tricks of the Trade

What you have before you is a collection of over 400 tricks of the GM’s Trade. These are GMing tips that Stephen Chenault has accumulated since he took up the mantel of Game Master back in 1980. They cover getting started at the table, absent players, creating tension, running encounters, meta-gaming, using settings, staying on track, how best to roll initiative, and so very much more. They are broken up by subject and easily accessible.
GM’s Tricks of the Trades is written to help you get a better grasp of your game or at the very least to spur you on to a new way of looking at problems all GMs face.

We understand that packaging condition can be important to collectors.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items listed as new are sold in unopened packaging. Packaging may show minor shelf wear, edge wear, small bends, scuffs, scratches, sticker residue, or other minor imperfections caused by manufacturing, retail handling, storage, or shipping.
Please review all available product photos carefully before purchasing. The photographs are an important part of the product description and help show the actual item's appearance and packaging condition.
