Already a high-performance model, maximum output of this WRX was increased to 328ps and equipped with a special ECU, ball bearing turbine, and low back pressure muffler. Special suspension and brake components combined to produce ride comfort and sharp cornering performance with its breathtaking power.
Limited to 200 units, the NBR Challenge Package featured even more special components including special dry carbon rear spoiler and black STI BBS forged wheels while the interior was equipped with Ultrasuede steering wheel, red seatbelts and an ornament commemorating the 2015 Nurburgring 24 Hour Race class victory.
In addition to the three standard exterior colors of WR Blue Pearl, Crystal White Pearl, and Crystal Black Silica, the 'NBR Challenge Package Yellow Edition' limited to 100 units was produced in Sunrise Yellow and included black door mirrors, special side sill plates and side sill moldings.
