This HYW29 debut variation features a glossy metalflake dark silver body, smoke-tinted windows, a matching dark-silver interior, black OR6SP wheels, and a silver plastic base. The body includes headlight and taillight strip detailing, a Polestar badge on the hood, numbered surfboard graphics, and a Hot Wheels logo on the rear tonneau area.
The Polestar TRX was created as a rugged off-road concept with bold geometric styling, oversized wheels, high ground clearance, and a wide futuristic stance. Its unusual proportions were inspired in part by the shape of a Tyrannosaurus rex, which is reflected in the TRX name, while the overall design also carries visual influence from classic Hot Wheels concepts such as the Deora.
This HYW29 version is collector #248 of the 2025 Hot Wheels mainline and #10 of 10 in the Peak Pursuit series. It also marks the first Hot Wheels release of the Polestar TRX casting, making this the debut-year version of the model.
