About This Item
The Hot Wheels '88 Mitsubishi Starion is a 2026 HW J-Imports release featuring Mitsubishi’s turbocharged 1980s performance coupe in a white motorsport-inspired finish. Numbered 177/250 in the 2026 Hot Wheels mainline and 8/10 in the HW J-Imports series, this 1:64 scale die-cast model features red, gray and black racing graphics, number 88 markings, Castrol and HKS sponsor logos, dark windows and a wide-body stance.
This new-for-2026 casting captures the Starion’s angular profile, boxed fender flares and wedge-shaped bodywork associated with late-1980s Japanese performance cars. The combination of rally-style graphics, period sponsor markings and classic rear-wheel-drive sports-coupe proportions gives this release a distinctive motorsport presentation within the HW J-Imports lineup.
