1: WE SHIP COMPLETED PREORDERS SAME OR NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER WE RECEIVE THEM! Please place your preorders according to estimated delivery window! The smaller the orders the better so you can get the speediest service. We ship completed preorders same or next business day after they are fully completed. Orders will wait for all items to arrive before shipping. By purchasing, you agree that you understand this.
2: Preorder Estimates can (and do) change. We do our best do offer a range of time we expect to receive these excellent preorder items, but CANNOT guarantee ALL items will meet these estimates. 3: Preorders can be cancelled for a FULL refund if your cancellation request is received within 24 hours after being placed. Should you need to cancel your order more than 24 hours after you place it, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests MUST be emailed to sales@ralphiesfunhouse.com, be sure to include your order number for FASTEST service. By purchasing, you agree that you understand this non-negotiable fee.
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. We carefully package toys and collectibles to help protect both the item and its packaging during transit.
