About This Item
The Hot Wheels Tesla Model S Plaid HW EV 1/10 #009/250 is a 2025 1:64-scale release based on Tesla's high-performance all-electric sedan. This HYX58 second-color variation features a Catalina White body, smoke-tinted windows, a black interior, gray Y5 wheels, and a black base. Detailed headlights, taillights, Tesla badging, and license-plate detailing give the casting a clean appearance closely tied to the real Model S Plaid.
The low roofline, smooth body surfaces, flush-style door detailing, panoramic dark window area, and performance-oriented stance capture the streamlined character of Tesla's Model S Plaid. Unlike many fantasy EV castings, this model is a licensed representation of a production electric vehicle, giving it appeal across both automotive and modern EV-focused Hot Wheels collections.
Condition
This Hot Wheels Tesla Model S Plaid is factory sealed in its original blister-card packaging. The supplied photos show the clear blister attached to the card with no obvious major crushing or severe card damage visible.

The sealed-package presentation preserves the card artwork, printed series details, collector information, and clear blister display that many carded Hot Wheels collectors prefer. Minor differences in card edges, corners, surface marks, or blister appearance can occur between individual retail examples.
Why Collect This Model
The Tesla Model S Plaid represents one of the best-known modern electric performance sedans, making its Hot Wheels counterpart especially relevant to collectors of EVs, Tesla vehicles, contemporary performance cars, and licensed Hot Wheels models. The understated Catalina White finish, dark glass, gray wheels, and realistic lighting and badge details give this 2025 HW EV variation a clean factory-inspired appearance that contrasts well with brighter Hot Wheels colorways.
Tesla Model S Plaid also fits naturally into collections organized by casting, series, model year, vehicle type, or complete themed sets. Keeping the carded release together with its series information makes it easier to identify this specific variation when displayed alongside other Hot Wheels issues.
