Slabs are inspected prior to being shipped from our facility. Major slab defects (shattered cases, major cracks, ect.) are sent back to the grading company to be re-holdered. We do not replace slabs that were damaged in transit to the customer. We encourage purchasing shipping insurance.
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. We carefully package toys and collectibles to help protect both the item and its packaging during transit.
